I ordered furniture from this co in March with 4 to 6 week promise of delivery. I haven't received my furniture (5/19) and I have called repeatedly asking for updates when I do reach someone I get snotty responses with more empty promises to call me back which they never do. Now I asked for my deposit back ($5k) and they won't do that either. Buyers beware!!!!!

I did not hire this company.
These people are very rude and irresponsible. I set up an appointment for an estimate for an outdoor kitchen. The salesperson never showed up. After waiting 40 minutes, I called the store and was told he was busy with a customer but would call me back right away. After waiting another hour, I drove to the store to see what was going on. The salesperson never apologized and instead told me he was so busy, he never even had time for lunch. I asked why he had not called me to tell me he couldn't make the appointment so we could reschedule and I would not waste my afternoon waiting. He said he was too busy to pick up the phone and call me. That is unacceptable behavior for any business.
